Walking down the hall he went into the restroom and washed his hands thoroughly. When he finished he patted them dry and walked to the stairs of the old mansion yelling, Meeting, my office, now! Turning back around he could hear the sound of over a dozen sets of feet pounding the floors in a run. When he walked back into the office, Nicholas' body was gone without so much of a shred of evidence that the 600 year old vampire had existed. Sitting back in his seat he faced the men and women who'd rushed in and smiled, I now have an opening for second in command. With a warning, screw it up just this much, he held his thumb and forefinger millimeters apart, And the next second in command joins Nicholas in the pit.
Leaning back in the chair he interlaced his fingers behind his head and smiled once more, Any takers?
